Structural Macrofibers

Isoplam structural fibers are mixed into concrete in a concrete mixer and serve to create a multidirectional reinforcement network that can replace metal reinforcement, welded mesh, in floors to reduce plastic shrinkage of the surface and prevent the formation of cracks and fissures. Their special shape allows them to bond with the cementitious matrix.

F060001

Plam steel fibers 33 mm

Structural steel fiber used for sprayed concretes for tunnel linings and for securing rocky walls. The macrofiber has a maximum length of 3 cm to facilitate the pumping operations of the shotcrete.

F060002

Plam steel fibers 50 mm

Structural steel fiber used for industrial floor concretes. It has a length of 5 cm and a diameter of 1 mm. The macrofiber does not cause rusting on the surface of the flooring.

F062002

Plam polyester fibers 30 mm

Structural fiber made from extruded oriented polyester blend, with a corrugated sinusoidal wave shape, 3 cm in length and 0.5 mm in thickness. It is resistant to alkalis and acids, fire, and freeze-thaw cycles. It is lightweight and helps reduce the specific weight of the structure. It reduces the wear of components (pipes, jackets, pistons, and nozzles are not worn out by friction with metal) in shotcrete machines. It does not rise to the surface during processing. The macrofiber is mainly used for industrial flooring.

F061003

Plam polypropylene fibers 50 mm

Twisted structural fiber made from polypropylene and polyethylene blend, 5 cm in length and 0.48 mm in diameter. Its twisted fiber structure ensures high adherence to the mix due to its fibrillation capability. The macrofiber is mainly used for cementitious industrial flooring.
