Casa a Patio - Monticelli Terme (PR) , Italy

Realization: The Deco Nuvolato flooring, used for both indoor and outdoor areas in two color variations, integrates perfectly into the design of the Patio House, conceived by architect Marco Contini. The building, which spans an area of 690 sqm, places particular emphasis on the connection with the surrounding environment, characterized by a rich presence of greenery. The residence stands out for its three patios, each serving a specific function. The first outdoor anti-slip patio, Deco Nuvolato Grip, separates the residential area from the service areas, while inside, the living spaces revolve around a central courtyard covered by a skylight, enhancing climatic comfort. A third courtyard is exclusively dedicated to the bathing area. The distribution of spaces follows a principle of gradual revelation of the environments, inspired by the layout of the Roman domus, offering a progressively discoverable experience of the interiors.
