Casa Lu Lu - Geneva, Switzerland

Realization: the renovation of this elegant villa in Geneva, designed by the Milan-based studio 23bassi, founded by architects Andrea Roscini and Chiara Frigerio, stands out for its refined balance of materials, volumes, and natural light. The exterior wall is characterized by the Oxydecor Rust coating by Isoplam, which delivers a sophisticated Corten effect, emphasizing the volumetry of the building and creating a harmonious dialogue with the surrounding greenery. This textured finish not only adds depth and character to the facade but also integrates seamlessly with other architectural elements, such as large glass windows and the wooden structure.

For the interiors, the choice of a continuous coating in Microverlay microcement by Isoplam ensures visual uniformity and a contemporary aesthetic for floors and walls. Its textured effect enhances the purity of lines and the brightness of the spaces, contributing to a minimalist yet welcoming atmosphere. This finish has been applied in the open space living area, where the microcement interacts with the Boffi island kitchen and iconic furnishings by designers such as Le Corbusier, Rodolfo Dordoni for Minotti, and Mario Bellini for Cassina. The result is a refined and timeless environment, where the continuity between interior and exterior is amplified by large glass surfaces overlooking the garden, the true protagonist of the project.
