Elpis Foundation - Milan, Italy

Realization: surfaces in Microverlay concrete resin for approximately 800 m2 on three levels set up to host temporary exhibitions, workshops, screenings, site specific installations and offices. The seamless surfaces of Microverlay serve as a backdrop and stage for the works of Italian and international artists, while Terrazzoverlay micro-Venetian flooring was chosen for the basement. The building was born as an industrial laundry in 1885 and, after a long abandonment of about thirty years, it was redeveloped according to a project by the architect Giovanna Latis
