Realization: The outdoor courtyard of the new headquarters of IDD – Industria Del Design Spa is defined by its Pavilux Macrodur flooring, a high-performance concrete chosen for its durability and contemporary design. The area is enhanced by elegant water basins featuring decorative pebbles and water features, creating a striking visual effect and a refined atmosphere. This landscape project seamlessly integrates with the modern and sustainable architecture of the building, a symbol of the company’s “New Skin,” embodying rebirth and innovation.

The Pavilux flooring not only ensures exceptional durability but also delivers a visual impact aligned with the creative and functional identity of the new headquarters, representing the company’s resurgence. The courtyard has become an inclusive and welcoming space, ideal for events and gatherings, contributing to the building’s status as a model of aesthetic excellence and sustainability in the heart of the Riviera del Brenta footwear district.
