InsideOut: a new design dimension

In contemporary architecture, the traditional separation between indoor and outdoor spaces is progressively dissolving. Outdoor areas are no longer mere accessories but a natural extension of indoor environments, designed to enhance comfort and improve quality of life. In this new scenario, design trends seem to favor a stylistic and material continuumbetween in & out, prioritizing solutions that ensure visual and sensory continuity.

This has intensified the search for materials capable of maintaining aesthetic and performance consistency, regardless of the context in which they are used. Solutions that successfully combine weather resistance with sophisticated designand a pleasant tactile experience, avoiding excessively rough finishes or artificial-looking surfaces.

Bioclimatic pergolas, minimalist and retractable windows, lighting systems that self-adjust to sunlight, and claddings that deliver the same performance indoors and outdoors are the key elements of these new hybrid spaces, redefining outdoor living into a seamless, year-round experience. Because today, homes—as well as businesses and offices—are no longer closed-off environments, but expand seamlessly, offering new opportunities for interaction and connection with the surrounding environment.
