Realization: in the vibrant heart of Shanghai, one of China’s most dynamic metropolises, a private residence has been enhanced with Microverlay® microcement to create continuous and elegant surfaces. The coating, applied on floors, living room walls, and bathrooms, creates a monolithic effect that amplifies the sense of space and provides a refined, contemporary aesthetic. The matte and water-repellent finish of Microverlay® ensures durability and ease of maintenance, key qualities in an urban environment like Shanghai, where fast-paced living and practicality are essential. The chosen color for the project, in a light grey tone, brings brightness to the spaces, enhancing the modern design of the home and harmonizing with the furnishings.
