Restyling LA - Nove (VI), Italy

Realization: The restyling project of a residence from the late 1970s incorporated an outdoor Pavilux concrete-colored flooring, chosen to harmonize with the new architectural language. The durable and versatile Pavilux flooring was used for the porch, which blends elegantly into the newly added structure, defined by the metal canopy. Its matte finish integrates seamlessly with the concrete elements of the building, creating visual continuity between the exterior and the surrounding environment. The perforated roof of the porch allows natural light to enter, enhancing both the interior of the house and the tree that becomes an integral part of the architecture. The intervention improved the building’s energy efficiency through thermal insulation and updated window frames, completing the restyling from both an aesthetic and functional perspective.
