The Isoplam S-shaped spacer is a disposable iron serpentine that remains embedded in concrete used for industrial, troweled, stamped floors, and cement screeds. Metal spacers are essential for the correct positioning of the welded mesh reinforcement in concrete flooring, ensuring proper concrete cover before and during the pouring process. The spacers are also used to maintain the distance between the lower and upper welded meshes in slabs and floors. The Isoplam lattice structure offers exceptional robustness and anti-tilt stability thanks to its sinusoidal shape and the presence of diagonals, allowing for walkability during the pouring phase and preventing the mesh from warping. The version with continuous vertical wires prevents the risk of puncturing the sheath or nylon placed underneath.
