The disc with carbide inserts for mechanical smoothing machines is the essential accessory to transform the flooring chopper into a machine for the mechanical smoothing and removal of cement grout and mortar from flat concrete surfaces: the 4 carbide bricks of silicon are fixed to the PVC disc and have abrasive grooves which, by rubbing on the support to be cleaned, remove encrustations, imperfections and cement burrs, glue residues and dirt. The abrasion plate is equipped with 4 galvanized steel fins that allow it to be easily and quickly attached to the helicopter blade with a 60 cm diameter rotor.
