Float shoe power trowel blades

These trowels allow you to level and remove scuff marks from the surface of industrial concrete floors. The troweling operation with roughing shoes is carried out when the laid concrete is starting to set or when setting is already advanced enough to be able to walk on the concrete without sinking more than one centimetre; the roughing operation also allows the first coats of Pavilux quartz hardener to be incorporated into the concrete. Floating slippers are the first helicopter accessories used in concrete smoothing operations; if used alone, they allow the creation of highly non-slip porous and open finishes for exteriors.
The roughing trowels are made of high quality carbon hardened steel, in order to ensure abrasiveness and long working life. Each trowel is equipped with a bracket with clip that attaches to the finishing paddles (the trowel is more elastic) or to the combined paddles (the trowel is more rigid) of the trowel machine and is dragged by these.
The helicopter trowels for industrial floors have a thickness of 3 mm, are sold in packs of 4 pieces each and are available for single smoothing machines with 90 or 120 cm diameter rotors.
